Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [Legal Entity Name] ("LazyConMan", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the LazyConMan service (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

02Definitions

• Organization — the tenant account that owns connectors, targets, members, and audit data.
• Member / User — an individual who accesses the Service under an Organization.
• Connector — the agent you deploy in your network that establishes an outbound tunnel to the Service.
• Target — a host (RDP, VNC, or SSH) you configure the Service to reach.
• Customer Data — data you submit to or generate through the Service, including target configuration, credentials, and audit logs.

03The service

LazyConMan is a clientless, browser-based secure remote-access gateway that brokers interactive RDP, VNC, and SSH sessions to hosts you control, including hosts behind firewalls and NAT, via an outbound connector tunnel. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid materially degrading core functionality during a paid term.

04Accounts & organizations

You must provide accurate registration information, enrol the required multi-factor authentication, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and your Organization. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Organization owners are responsible for managing member roles (owner, admin, operator) and the targets each member may access.

05Authorization to access targets

This is a remote-access tool. You represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to access, and to permit your members to access, every target and network you configure in the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, consents, and approvals necessary to deploy connectors and reach targets. You may not use the Service to access any system you are not authorized to access.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any member or third party to:

• Use the Service to access systems without authorization, or to violate any law or third-party right;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication, except as expressly permitted by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service activity;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside your Organization without our written consent;
• Use the Service to transmit malware, or to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or unlawful material.

07Trials, plans & billing

We offer a 7-day trial of a paid tier without requiring a payment card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Small, Medium, or Large). Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are presented at sign-up and at checkout.

• Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.
• You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a trial expires or an account becomes past due, access may be restricted to a read-only state per the plan policy.

08Customer data & security

As between the parties, you own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and secure the Service. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service, including server-side credential injection, per-organization encryption, mandatory MFA, and audit logging, as described in our Privacy Policy. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for the security of your own networks and connectors.

09Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, and documentation, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

10Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party processors (for example, payment, email, and SMS providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your access to targets, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period after termination, after which we may delete it in line with our retention policy.

15Suspension

We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk, violates the Acceptable Use section, or exposes us or others to liability. We will aim to give notice where practicable.

16Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Venue], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

18General

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). Notices to us should be sent to the address below.
